Participation (invite list): U16 teams from Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden
Registration deadline: Thursday October 29th, to the Norwegian Chess Federation, nsf@sjakk.no
Team composition: 12 U16 players in total, 8 in Group Open and 4 in Group Girls
Tournament format: Team 3 rounds Round Robin/Scheveningen. In each round the player on board 1 Group Open plays 2 games – vs the opponent teams players on boards 1 and 2. The player on board 3 Group Open plays 2 games – vs the opponent teams players on boards 3 and 4. Etc. All in all 6 games for each player.
Time control: 15 min + 10 sec increment from move 1.

Playing platform: «SpillSjakk», a platform developed for Norway based on the Lichess solution. Information about SpillSjakk and user manual for players, team captains, organisers etc to be made availale to all participants by Friday November 6th at the latest.
Venue: Each federation decide whether their teams will be together in one playing hall
(recommended), or split up into more playing halls or even that some or all players play from home.
Anti Cheating measures: Information to be provided at the latest by Friday November 6th.
Funding: No fees from the organisers. All federations carry their own costs.
Prices: Norway will provide participants medals and winner trophies – to be distributed post-event to each federation.
